Management Surveys:

The Duty to Manage Asbestos is a legal requirement for the duty holder of all non domestic premises and common areas of domestic properties, also any equipment which may contain asbestos. Management Surveys are also advised when purchasing any property built prior to 2000

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys:

ALL buildings built prior to 2000 require an Asbestos Survey prior to refurbishment or demolition. This can be tailored to your specific requirements
